About Reframe Leadership

What makes us unique…

Experience & Results – we have been providing leadership development programs and experiences for over 20 years.  Our facilitators have designed and delivered leadership programs for the Banff Centre and for various Universities including Alberta, Calgary, and Royal Roads.  After years of enabling these wonderful institutions, this talented group has come together to create something of their own resulting in world-class leadership development programs.

What we do…

We deliver both public leadership or open enrollment and customized leadership programs.  Many our customized clients are on the Top 50 of Best Companies in Canada.  Our customized programs have a track record of creating transformative change within organizations.

How we do it…

Deep Impact – simply providing theory and leadership knowledge is not enough.  People need to be able to deeply connect leadership knowledge, concepts, and approaches to their own reality in a way that allows them to apply their learnings.  This means learners need to time to discuss, connect, synthesize, and “own” knowledge in away that works for them.  We support this learning by appealing to diverse learning styles using a blend of reflection, simulations, video taping, challenging experiential exercises, and other innovative activities that allow participants to achieve those deep insights and “aha” moments.

Coaching Support – our facilitators are all expert coaches and teach coaching to other professionals; many have ICF and other professional psychology and counseling accreditation. 

Why we get it…

Our facilitators and coaches have been Presidents, CEO’s, Executive Directors, Managing Partners, and Senior Leaders within organizations.  They have been and are faculty members at various Universities and are some of the most respected and sought after coaches and leadership advisors in Western Canada.  We understand the dynamics, the challenges, and how difficult and frustrating it can be at times to make progress and to lead effectively.

Learners ourselves…

Our Facilitators are constantly learning and developing themselves; learning new techniques and exploring the latest research whether in neuroscience and brain based learning and coaching,  presence based leadership, or character development.

Research and development…

Generation Y leadership, values, and approaches are different.  Over the coming years, Gen Y will assume greater and greater responsibility for leading our organizations.  Leadership for this generation is different.  The language is different and they have a different “currency” of leadership than other generations in the workplace.  The Reframe team has been researching and working with Gen Y leaders to develop the next generation of leadership development programs.  Understanding Gen Y leadership allows Reframe to deliver more effective leadership development to all generations so they can develop and engage Gen Y to their fullest.
