Leading from Within

Overview

Simply being appointed a leader does not make one a leader.  Moving into a leadership role requires a change of mindset, a realignment and new definition of what success looks like, getting rooted in why you want to lead and a new way of communicating both with yourself and with others.  This 3-day workshop provides an orientation and creates the development of a new foundation on which to build and develop as a leader. 

Targeted at all leaders whether new to the role or feeling a sense wanting to be more effective Leading from Within will provide a powerful platform for you to excel as a leader.

Key learning objectives:

• Understand what it means to be a leader in organizations today and appreciate the need for a variety of leadership styles and approaches that draw out the best of all employees in the workplace
• Get clear on your values as a leader and what makes you an effective leader
• Develop leadership character presence and resilience to withstand the stress, challenges and demands placed on all leaders today
• Understand your strengths and blind spots through a 360 Feedback process
