Conflict Resolution - 1 Day Workshop

This session provides the skills, tools, and confidence for employees to tackle tough conversations in a positive yet constructive way. Using the Conflict Dynamics Profile, this session uses the theory and processes developed by the Harvard Negotiation Project that is used around the world.

The workshop is designed to allow participants to understand conflict on three different levels: the what happened conversation, the emotional conversation, and the competence or identity conversation. All three of these conversations are at play, often simultaneously, in any conflict situation.

This workshop gets to the heart of why we avoid difficult conversations and allows participants to reframe and resolve difficult issues.
