Culture Change - 1/2 Day Workshop
This workshop enables participants to understand the concept and origins of culture within organizations and teams. This module utilizes the Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI) and assesses participant perceptions of culture around 12 different scales. This inventory defines the existing culture, its benefits and drawbacks, and identifies what needs to be changed and how within organizations.
Understanding how leaders perceive the existing culture and what they want the culture to look like can be a powerful tool in leading organizational change.
